I have a lot to write about for the first time in a long time. I'll begin with the most important story which is I registered to vote on monday, as a massachusetts resident for the second time. What's more important is that I'm a registered member of the Socialist party. I will probably vote for the democratic candidate that ends up winning the nomination, only because they tend to push for things more closely related to socialism than capitalism, i.e. universal healthcare. The reason I'm registered in Mass and not NJ is because I became a Mass resident in 2002 when I was getting my driver's license there.
Now secondly I realized that all of my friends thought I'm from New Jersey, which offends me slightly, only because NJ is so lame. The truth is I'm a New Yorker, born in NYC but only spent the first 5-6 years of my life living in the city proper. Still when it comes down to it, I'd rather be known as a New Yorker than a? What do you call people from New Jersey anyway, is it New Jerseyan?
Manchester United won the Champions League tonight in Moscow, which makes them officially the best team in Europe. I felt like I had just won the lottery while I was watching them celebrate, atleast I hope thats what it will feel like when I when the lottery. Christiano Ronaldo scored 42 goals for the season which is probably the most impressive thing I have ever seen in soccer. What it compares to for all you none soccer fans would be a guy in Major League Baseball hitting 60 homeruns in a season, or in the NBA when someone averages 35 points a game for an entire season. Congrats on the Champions league victory, I'll be expecting them to repeat next year of course.
By the way that is the Socialist Flag of Sweden, I'm not a communist for all of you thinking otherwise.
