The summer more than half way over, and there have been perhaps 5 days with the tempurature over 75 degrees so far here in Ireland. For the most part it has been cold and wet for the entire season, I would normally be really annoyed with a summer like this, but for some reason I don't mind it as much because the winter was exactly the same. Not freezing tempuratures, but windy and chilly with the air always moist. The tempurature doesn't really vary to much, with the coldest I've seen being 4 Celcius and the Warmest being 22 Celcius. After having said all that I could use a week of uninterrupted sunshine just to boost my morale, but anymore than that and I would be sick of it.
I've been looking at the possibility of going to Paris in October, but it wouldn't be very sunny there that time of year, so the other option is Porto, Portugal. I think the weather would be just right, and I'm even more interested in the variety of foods to try. I will have to decide soon, because the prices of the flights won't stay cheap for too much longer.  ¶ 8:30 AM
