Happy Halloween I went to costume parties on Friday and Saturday night one in Boston the other in Syracuse. I dressed up as a girl with a pink tank top and black skirt, I haven't gotten the pictures from Katie yet, but believe me I looked rediculous. I was so convincing as a girl that when I went to Doug's party on friday night, some girl actually went in to pee with me. I could have just let her pee and watch and been a huge pervert, but I told her I was a guy as she had already taken her panties down, oops. Saturday night was awesome in Syracuse, I love partying at other schools, it sucks that I had to go that far to experience it, come on why doesn't anyone from BU or BC invite me to parties anymore.

Since my birthday on Wednesday, things have begun to turn around. 22 is looking far more promising than 21 was. From September of last year began the worst year of my life so far, nothing ever bounced in my favor and it was starting to get downright depressing. I feel the tables have turned and I have a new outlook on things. One that could only have come from having misfortunes. So far in my life I have to say that bad experiences are the best character building tools.

Friday night, I had a few people over for some Behruit and drinking at my place. I still haven't been able to have the kind of party that I would like to have. My 22nd birthday is only days away now and I'm feeling older by the minute.

Here is a life lesson for you all. Never trust a black guy who says he doesn't eat chicken. I'm not a person who likes stereotypes usually, but come on lets be truthful, " I Love Chicken." I made a trek all the way to Porter Square tonight with my friend Ian just for a box of KFC chicken. When the craving hits you there is no stopping it.

Have you ever seen a meal so wonderful? Thats right I can cook believe it or not, I made this delightful blend of Seafod and Pasta this past week. The picture to the far left shows off my photographer skills. Am I not the most well rounded person you have ever known? Next week I will show off my mechanic, and bow hunting skills. I don't mean to sound cocky but I think I may be the worlds greatest bachelor.

Today we had Michelle Bonner come in to my sports writing class. For those of you who don't know who she is, She is one of the anchors on ESPN's Sport's Center. She re-assured me of the reasons why Journalism is the worst major I could have chosen, yet I'm in my senior year as a Journalism major. Michelle graduated Northeastern in 1994 and spent the last 10 years bouncing from job to job, city to city. Her first sports anchoring job paid $19,000 a year in South Carolina. Do you understand what $19,000 a year is? To put that into perspective you can go to Clown school and make more money working for the Ringling Brothers circus and I wish that was an exaggeration. Journalism is one of those majors that pays off in the end if you work really hard for 10 years and "LOVE" what you are doing. I knew this 3 years ago and yet I didn't switch majors I'm not bitter however, for two reasons one being that I made this decision and two because things could be worst. Plus I enjoy my history minor so much it almost cancels it out.

I hung out with Wentworth kids on friday and the Redsox won which was unfortunate, then on saturday night I hung out with Northeastern kids and the Redsox lost, do you see a pattern here? Everyone ask me why I dislike the Redsox, and I have to say it has nothing to do with the team its self. The Boston Redsox fans are the worst fans I've ever encountered however. The players who won the World Series for them last year should have all gotten life-time passes to heaven in the eyes of the fans. After 86 years without a title you would think they would appreciate winning a little bit more than they did. Mark Bellhorn was stellar in the playoffs last year and because hw was having a rough season, he was waived, Keith Foulke a better than average closer last year, got injured this year and now he is hated by the fans. I understand that these guys are getting paid millions of dollars to do there job and should do it well, but isn't everyone allowed to screw up especially after winning the world series. In New York the Mets 1986 championship is still celebrated, even though its time for them to win another one the fans still appreciate what they did.
